Alana supports the property team in reviewing and preparing leases, security documentation and management, sale of business and consultancy agreements,  in addition to advising on mortgage and lease disputes. She has supported the property team in a commercial lease dispute, acting for the lessor in a situation where the lessee is insolvent.  She possesses extensive experience in large subdivisions and acts in respect of mortgagee sales, contractual disputes and option agreements.

Alana also adds value to the estate planning and administration team, dealing with a wide range of estate matters. Before joining Talbot Olivier, Alana gained property and commercial experience at De Vita and Dixon Lawyers and practised as a conveyancer before completing her law degree.

Admitted to practice: 2008.

Qualifications: Bachelor Of Laws.

Membership: Law Society Of Western Australia.
