Maryanne is experienced in the areas of property, leasing and establishment of businesses and incorporation of companies. 

Maryanne's experience in property matters has seen her work with property developers assisting them with the procedural requirements associated with sub-division approvals, such as notifications, restrictive covenants and easements.  She also has contract experience in "off-the-plan" sales for strata title lots and vacant land.

Career highlights

• Acted for one of the largest accounting networks in the world in setting up companies and trusts for their clients.
• Acted for a property developer in preparing sub-divisional and tripartite agreements for purchaser and vacant land contracts.
• Prepared restrictive covenants and easements for a property developer.
• Acts on behalf of numerous interstate businesses in maintaining their business name registrations in Western Australia.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies).
