Kym's recent appointment signifies the return of the practice of family law to Talbot Olivier, an area of law with which the late Don Talbot was synonymous. Kym is also one of the few lawyers in Perth to practise in the newly legislated area of surrogacy in Western Australia.
Given Talbot Olivier's broad practice areas, we are able to offer Kym's family law clients an extensive range of in-house legal services (including estate planning, powers of attorney, conveyancing, corporate and personal insolvency, restraining orders, criminal law, litigation and Corporations Act/partnership/trust advice) should this be required.
Admitted to practice: 2002.
Qualification: Bachelor of Laws, Master of Arts.
Publications / presentations: Kym has presented seminars and papers to a number of professional groups covering all aspects of Family Law, including specialist areas such as Surrogacy and the Hague Child Abduction Convention.
