Experience 

Melanie has extensive experience in the conduct of a wide range of litigation matters involving defamation and media, construction and engineering, contract and trade practices. She also has expertise in urgent court applications, including Mareva injunctions. 

She advises and represents clients in a variety of government service-related areas including infrastructure access arrangements, government regulatory services, gas licensing, ring-fencing of regulated businesses, deregulation of primary industry, and guardianship and administration issues. Melanie also possesses considerable Trade Practices Act experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws
