Summary

• Acted for a joint venture party in the development and construction of a large high-rise residential property in Perth. The transaction was valued at approximately $60 million.
• Involved in the due diligence for an internationally-renowned winery in Western Australia, in the anticipation of a major commercial transaction valued at over $30 million.
• Acted for a purchaser of major construction industry assets, in relation to the transactions and negotiations with the other party. With a transactional value of over $18 million.
• Acted for a unit trust to acquire land approved for subdivision in Mandurah. This involved negotiating final approval consents, preparation of contracts for sale, management of settlements and negotiations with the mortgagee.

• Acted for a significant transport business, advising them on the purchase of a related business involving major contractual issues and ownership, as well as transfer of plant and equipment.
