• Acted on business succession planning for a farming family where the parents own two separate farms with two of their children, manage both farms and have another "off farm" child with insufficient "off farm" assets.
• Prepared Wills including "global" testamentary trust for a family that owns a small business.
• Prepared Wills and provided business succession advice to clients who own a highly-successful farming machinery business operating in Western Australia and interstate.
• Advised a client who owns a very successful importing business, and wishes to provide for his children in unique ways, liquidating the business upon his passing.
