• Acted on an interstate estate where it was necessary to obtain grant of Letters of Administration to deal with conflicts between beneficiaries.
• Acted in a complex situation involving a deceased foreigner, who had passed away in Western Australia, and had overseas relatives. The deceased had not wished to obtain a grant of administration in Australia. Our application to the bank to dispense with grant was successful.
