Commercial risks

Commercial risk is a multifaceted area of insurance law, encompassing identification, assessment and management of risk. We are experienced in advising national organisations and international companies (that operate in Australia) on the commercial risks associated with building and infrastructure projects. Our services also include commercial risk policy and clause advice. 

Damages claims

We have acted in damages claims involving several claimants, including claims of economic loss, personal suffering, medical expenses, loss of superannuation benefits and future income.
