  • Successfully represented a financial services company in a Federal Court action against a valuer for negligent valuation of a mortgaged property and misleading conduct.
  • Acted for a failed national retail business in a multi-million dollar claim for misleading and deceptive conduct and fraudulent misrepresentation against an industry giant in consumer imaging solutions relating to the performance of the first colour photocopiers.
  • Acted for the first Australian first class cricketer charged with taking a prohibited substance in breach of the Australian Cricket Board's Anti-Doping Policy and appeared before the Australian Cricket Board Disciplinary Tribunal on his behalf.
