Summary 

• Acted for joint venture party with regard to development and construction of a large high-rise Perth residential property, extending to participation in the management and negotiation processes, as well as documenting the joint venture agreement, including all related ancillary documentation. Transaction value approx $60 million.
• Acted on behalf of the vendor in the sale to St Barbara Mines Limited of large-scale mining operations with a transaction value of $50 million. Included negotiating and documenting the sale and related transactions.
• Acting for a major Western Australian resort in matters including leasing and management agreements, and all other ancillary matters such as HR and liquor licensing.  
• Acquired a site in Busselton on behalf of developer. Negotiated and advised on building contracts and leasing and tenement matters, with the eventual sale of property to a listed property trust.  
• Acting in an ongoing matter involving the purchase of a large office building in Geraldton, with issues relating to financing acquisition and subsequent redevelopment of the property, including conversion from commercial to residential property, and strata titling.
• Acted in relation to the sale of a large Perth city hotel. Included negotiating and documenting the sale and related transactions
