Talbot Olivier's lawyers have wide-ranging experience in trade practices matters, from providing pre-publication advice to advertisers on marketing campaigns, to advising companies, directors, dealers, insurers and statutory bodies on complex trade practices issues arising both under Part IV and Part V of the Act. 

Our lawyers' expertise in this field is highly regarded, having acted on behalf of government regulatory bodies in prosecuting claims. 

We also provide legal direction on the interpretation and application of the Act to businesses and have acted for various companies in defending claims made against them by the ACCC.
